Tripobox manages the services through diverse high level internet domains (tripobox.com, tripobox.es, tripobox.de, tripobox.it, tripofox.fr, etc.) and through varied sub-domains and aliases of said domains. All websites on which Tripobox offers services shall hereinafter be designated "Tripobox websites".

Tripobox’s service offer is directed exclusively to adults.

By reason of access or registration in Tripobox as a user, you hereby accept the following Terms of Use (hereinafter “TOU”) for this utilization.

1 – Aim

1.1- These TOU have the aim of regulating the conditions that will prevail between Tripobox and the users regarding access to and use of the marketplace, and regarding the conditions applicable to the booking, in accordance with the offer made by Tripobox through this marketplace, under the terms established herein.

1.2- The Tripobox website (hereinafter “marketplace”) has been drawn up, created, and designed by Tripobox, to offer and allow access to the information contained therein, with the restrictions and limitations imposed by these TOU, as well as to allow and facilitate access to other sites with which Tripobox has commercial, professional, or any other type of dealings.

1.3- Tripobox reserves the right to unilaterally modify all and every one of the obligations established in these Terms of Use, without prior notice. Likewise, it reserves the right to restructure, modify, or eliminate any information, service, or content included in the marketplace, without prior notice. The modification of any General Terms and Conditions contained herein for a specific case shall only be valid after it has been issued in writing and signed by the legal representatives of each party.

1.4- In those agreements subscribed with coworking agencies, Tripobox shall only act as an intermediary. The TOU and the declarations of data protection of the corresponding coworking agencies will be applied to their above mentioned offers. The agencies shall carry out the entire transaction and shall also be the contracting party and the contact with the users.

2 - User Rights and Obligations

Through the address shown in Tripobox, any user may access the information contained on said website free of charge. Conditions of access to the marketplace are subject to legal provisions valid at that time and to principles of good faith and lawful use on the part of the User. Any type of action to the detriment or damage of the marketplace or third parties is hereby expressly and categorically prohibited. The marketplace does not require prior subscription for simple browsing, access, or use of the service therein. However, prior subscription and corresponding registration as a User (hereinafter the Registered User) will be required in order to access certain contents and services.

In accordance with the above, Tripobox reserves some Services offered through the marketplace for Tripobox Registered Users who have completed the corresponding User registration form available to any User wanting it. When registering, the user shall choose a username and password, which must be kept secret. Tripobox shall not share the password with third parties and shall not ask the user for the password at any time.

The User hereby agrees to make lawful and diligent use of the Access Codes. Tripobox is hereby exempted of any type of responsibility that may occur due to damages derived from fraudulent use or lack of diligence in the safekeeping and custody of the Access Codes, loss or use violating these General Terms and Conditions.

The user hereby agrees to make lawful, diligent, honest, and correct use of all information or contents accessed, both through Tripobox website or third party websites previously furnished by Tripobox, all under the principles of good faith and respecting the valid law at all times. The User shall abstain from obtaining, except for personal use, any information (i.e. any message, photographs, drawings, software, and in general any class or type of computer files, graphics, etc.) owned by the marketplace. User shall comply with the requisites stipulated in relation to intellectual, industrial, and other related property rights.

3 – Contents of the marketplace

3.1- Tripobox main objective is to provide a service for the publication and promotion of venues and spaces to celebrate any type of event, meeting, or lodging for groups and experiences, both corporate and private. Tripobox provides the user with information, tools, and services mainly connected with events and celebrations, as well as currently available on-line collaboration tools and purchasing services, in addition to those that will be developed in the future, which include but are not limited to, those computing programmes incorporated to said tools and services.

3.2- Tripobox will not be held responsible for the contents, information, opinions, or comments disseminated through its marketplace or for the use given to this information by the User.

4 - Tripobox Rights and Obligations

4.1- Tripobox shall solely and exclusively be held responsible for the services it offers itself, and for the contents directly originated by the marketplace itself and identified with its corresponding copyright.

4.2- Tripobox shall not be held responsible, even in an indirect or subsidiary manner, for any contents, information, opinion, or statement of any type, originated by the User or by third parties or entities that have access, transmit, communicate, deal with, exhibit, or sell, said information to the Tripobox marketplace.

4.3- Tripobox reserves the right to temporarily suspend the service without prior notice to the User, inasmuch as it is necessary in order to carry out maintenance, updating, or improvement operations to the service. Likewise, it may modify terms and conditions for access and/or specific location of the contents of its marketplace, as well as prevent, restrict, block, suppress, or remove User access to the services when these do not make lawful, honest, and diligent use of the services offered by the marketplace.

4.4- Tripobox does not guarantee permanent availability and continuity of the marketplace due to interruption, failures, etc. Neither will it be held responsible for damages it may cause Users due to virus or external agents that third parties may deposit in the marketplace or in the electronic documents and files stored the computer system.

4.5- Tripobox places certain tools at the disposal of the Users, such as buttons, banners, links, or hyperlinks, which allow the User to access other sites connected with the marketplace's aim or any other. Installation of these tools serves the ultimate purpose of providing and facilitating User browsing; Tripobox shall not be held responsible for the sites the User accesses through its website. Due to the above, Users shall access those hyperlinks solely at their own risk. On its part, Tripobox shall try, within its means, to verify those hyperlinks, restricting, blocking, or suspending said buttons when they go against the principle described in these General Terms and Conditions.

5 – Intellectual Property

The entire contents accessed through the service rendered by Tripobox are subject to the Intellectual and Industrial Property Rights of Tripobox or third parties. Said contents shall not be used, reproduced, distributed, sold, or exploited in any other way, whether commercially or not, without prior and mandatory written consent from its owner (Tripobox).

6 – Data Protection

Tripobox is aware that it is extremely important to users that all personal data transmitted to Tripobox be rendered extremely careful treatment. In consequence, Tripobox shall comply with all applicable legal standards for data protection. Very especially, Tripobox shall not share users’ personal data with third parties without authorization, nor will it make them known to third parties in any other way.

7 – Legislation and Jurisdiction

These General Terms and Conditions are submitted to Spanish legislation, which shall be applied in relation to their validity, interpretation, application, and fulfilment. Both parties agree to submit to the City of Barcelona Judges and Courts, expressly relinquishing any other jurisdiction which could correspond.
